What's on the menu folks? Its RACE DAY RACE DAY GREEN GREEN GREEN (honestly, if you heard me when I yell that you'd think I was nuts!)

Were staying home to watch on the big screen so I'm doing the cooking. What does the Redneck Polish Princess serve for Daytona?

What my family refers to as "mega pie". Homemade pizza!!! Freshly made crust- the best! Topped with the following:
8 kinds of cheese
sausage
bacon
canadian bacon
pepperoni
onions
green peppers
black olives
mushrooms

Then for the kids, they get:
Pepperoni pizza
pepperoni & sausage pizza
cheese pizza
and canadian maple ham and pineapple pizza

ITS RACE DAY!!!!!!! WOOHOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

C'mon up Bill! I make a mean pie, got the 55" perfectly located with plenty of seating, and a cooler full of Bud and vino!

NC is only a few hours away. You can make it by race time!!!! ;;D

Jen, tempt Bill, he deserves a good lunch and he's fast! He's done Norway, Mozambique, Boston and Pennsylvania in one morning, no wonder he's called Racer ;)

* burp * I'm absolutely STUFFED. Congrats to Jimmy Johnson for the win. Bad Tony, bad bad boy. (whack with a rolled up newspaper)

The pizza was UNREAL. ended up with 5 kids here, all stuffing their faces with pie. I'm slipping quickly into coma level- ready for a couple more glasses of wine and then some soft slow music and bed.

cyn, got your msgs, just too pizza-dopey to msg back right now :) will do in the a.m. (ok, so I'm toasted LOL)
