I just want to know how on earth they cut threw all that snow to make banks that high. I'd love to see the plow that accomplished this feat... :o :o

Only ever seen snow once, horrible stuff, but I surely know what rain is.

Here in the far northern tropics of Australia we have only two seasons each year - the dry and The Big Wet we hope for every summer. The Tourist Commission wants us to call it the Green Season instead, for fear of putting off prospective visitors.

Fair enough too, given truth in advertising, because everything really does turn so beautifully green - sheets and towels, bread, leather shoes, my feet.

Mind you, if you've any interest in wild-life it's the only time to visit.
