Yesterday, my Aunt Joan had a massive heart attack and died. From what my mom tells me, my Uncle Albert is a total mess.
I haven't seen Joan or my cousins in many years, as we all haven't been close for a long time. But my cousin's situation breaks my heart.

Dad talked to Joan and Albert's son, my cousin A-Joe once he got to the house. His sister Helen was at that time on a plane to TX with her new boyfriend, going to meet her parents for the first time. Helen's plane didn't land until 8pm last night.

She was getting off the plane looking forward expectantly to the happy occasion, and didn't know what had happened. And noone had been able to reach her. I cannot imagine what Helen went thru last night. :(

Please keep her, A-Joe, and Albert in your thoughts through this terrible ordeal.

Aunt Joan, I'll see you on the other side.

Jennifer I'm sorry to hear about your Aunt Joan.I will be praying for the strength to get through the coming months/years.I hope your Uncle Albert and family will hold dear the memories of your Aunt.
