I find it amazing what everyone here eats... don't ask me why! [smiley=laugh.gif]  But what'd you have for breakfast, or what WILL you have??

Me, I am having a cup of coffee with a single serving of malt-o-meal with a 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt.

Mel, you're funny woman.

I (unfortunately) had a big flaky croissant with cream cheese and lox shmear with diced tomatoes and a half caf skim latte grande on the house.

A deviance from my obligatory bowl of oatmeal.

But it was yummayyy lol...

We had a mandatory meeting this morning which I hate going to so I protest by eating as much of the free stuff as possible.

I had 7 (I'm not kidding) 7 Dunkin Donuts and 4 cups of coffee for breakfast.

Did I mention that I've gained 22 pounds in the last 3 months since I quit smoking. My wife and daughter now call me Buddah.

I am now eating a Granny Smith apple. ;;D

I got lazy over the holidays and seriously laxed on eating properly.  So about 4 days ago I emptied our cupboards again of all the boxed crap, sugar, white flour and chips and then went grocery shopping yesterday for celery, sour cream, ranch packets, lettuce, cheese, bacon, chicken, granola bars, wheat flour (I am using up the white bread machine flour and giving away the loaves to the inlaws, lol) for bread, fruit, yogurt, etc. etc.

I am MUCH more happy now! :D

I guess I should also mention the can dish I stopped at on the way back to my desk.

I only had one Reese's Cup and another cup of coffee.

STOP!! You are all killing me.  I'm on the "Atkins" diet and haven't had a carb in over two weeks!!  Just the thought of a bagel with cream cheese and lox is making my mouth water.....

On the bright side in two weeks I have dropped 15 lbs.  ;;D

Left over fried cabbage with onions and romane noodles also fried in with it.......sum butter on top. Man was that ever good.....oh and diet pepsi. I don't eat rite when I get up but sumwhere between 11 and noonish. So that'd be brunch I take it ? Saucey honey bbq chicken chunks with stir fried green peppers and onions over rice fer dinner.....oh and diet pepsi again and several inbetween. Not too carnivorous Pam

Mel I did that too with all the JUNK food I got for Xmas.....I got rid of it !!! I did pretty good watchin the diet this holiday but then I was so stressed out I lost my appitite anyhow. I got TONS of huge boxes of candy.....truffles.....snack cakes and deserts and stuff for gifts and alot of it sent in the mail this year in really big boxes and then sumone got Brad a 10 lb choc bar of REALLY good choc to add to the PILE. I did save suma that tho.......very tastey. Some 'special' friends got a bit of it too. I had the stuff stacked all over the tables and counter and got pissed off after New Years and tossed some of it out (fruit cakes and stale cookies) and bagged the rest in the BIG BOXES I got and sent it to work with Brad to pawn off on the guys. I knew better then to even eat ONE truffle or ONE choc cover'd cherry......and I got rid of the stuff before after holidays craveings hit late nites. I am back to flavor'd yogart and apples with fat free carmel sauce to dip pieces in and things of that nature. I am gettin a cravein for a wine buzz too......

I usually have a continental type breakfast of a raisin bagel,  Swede cheese and a nibble or two of stuff dying in my fridge before I trudge out in the snow. Lots of coffee. Lunch can be anything and dinner the same, any time during the evening.
