I know we said it's all good in PMs but I wanted to post a public appology to you,for hijacking your post and for picking on you in order to make a point.
I hope you are feeling better by now,I know they can last for endless days.
Now I will try to explain why I acted the way I did.

I think what is hard about going to other sites when Ree posts here all the time is that this site is family. Her friends are here. People are here who understand. She feels comfortable talking to us. Many of those migraine sites are heavily moderated and don't have the same atmosphere at all - not that they are bad by any means, but it is a lot different than being able to write here the same way we do about everything.

Although it was mean of me to hijack Ree's post,What you said in your post is exactly how newbies have been made to feel at CH.com. I was the 3rd person to point Ree at other sites,I was the only one vented at ,and cussed at like that (I guess that makes me special LOL),I was the only one because I was the newbie.
As I'm sure you have figured out,I am not a newbie.It sure does feel differant being a newbie than when I first found this community.Oh well,I have very thick skin and if ya'lls pickin on me then your leaving someone who may not be so thick skinned alone.

As for my name,Nosferatu,are we all not cursed and the un-dead?

Modified to add: To those who stuck to information and support rather than jumping into the flames,Great job!!

Be yourself, don't pretend to say things differently with another profile name. If people don't like what ya say, you can deal with it the way you want, but don't play games with profile personalities.

I wish you'd appollogise to Linda too, she was kinda hurt by the challenge and she's a really a great person as you must know already seeing your somebody else who's been here a while.

Now do yourself a favor and delete Nosfertado before someone figures out who you are and friendships are lost forever. No-one can ask for anything more than you being yourself, its who you are.

Nosferatu, or whomever you are, that was a great apology and i thank you for being a big enough person to explain your actions.
If you have been here as long as you say, and have just been playing name games, than you know, people dont like that shit. These are real people, not just 'bots' you might find on other sites, these are real people, with real feelings. Most of us go on emotional rollercoasters around our medical issues, the last thing we need it someone prodding and poking just to make a point.
I am certainly not gonna tell you what to do or how to act, but people here are sensitive. When someone like Ree posts a thread like she did, she isnt looking for a pissing match about migraines, she is looking for emotional support, or even just the relief one feels after venting......just simply verbalizing your feelings often helps, regardless of response.
As you can see Nosferatu, people here like a positive support system, we have enough negativity in our lives and when we come to our home away from home, leave the negativity at the door.

Ok enough Nosferatu.... I have a headache...
Yes in the past I have been asked not to talk about that other type of headache here... but I didnt have any doubt that my question would be answered. I was looking for a log. if you truly know me you know I don't like all of the hostility that comes with that rivalry of Migraine vs Cluster and who suffers deeper etc. I'm not going there right now. My post was pouty... maybe we need to write our emotions inside the posts so that there isn't any question of content. My "friends" here knew how I felt, I'm definately starting to feel bad about this whole thing....and now I know why I never mention Migraine on this board.... it was evident that you wanted to start some crusade in my honor? or not?
It went bad so give up... How bout the accent you seem to posess, it suddenly went away from the first post to me and the appology. If you can't be yourself. I don't think you deserve the effort it is taking for everyone to be mad. After all we don't even know WHO YOU ARE!

PLEASE STOP THIS....NOSFERATU (UNDEAD WHOMEVER YOU ARE).....(I HATED THAT MOVIE)
