Title: Remembering Tyreek Davis Post by JenniferD on Jan 25th, 2006, 1:00pm Last year, a few miles from here, 4 year old Tyreek Davis was being watched by his mom's boyfriend. Tyrek disappeared and the boyfriend lied several times to the police about Tyrek's disappearance. The a$$whole entered an alford plea and yesterday, was given 10 years for felony child neglect and manslaughter. The catch is: they can't charge him with murder because a$$whole won't tell where the body is, even though he admits the boy is dead. So Tyreek's mom has to suffer the hell of not knowing what happened to her son or even be able to bury him. And the a$$whole will probably be out in 5. :( |

He needs to stay in general population so he can meet the man of his dreams every night!!!! >:( Sorry no pitty for him at all! |

Title: Re: Remembering Tyreek Davis Post by JenniferD on Jan 25th, 2006, 1:24pm yeah that's him Ghost :( they know he is dead, but not where he is. And it breaks my heart, and the hearts of the community. The boyfriend is saying it was an accident, one of several different stories he's told. This just makes me so damn angry! |

Title: Re: Remembering Tyreek Davis Post by BarbaraD on Jan 25th, 2006, 4:20pm It's getting to be a scary world out there if you have a child. Where are all these predators coming from? And WHY the hell is the SYSTEM letting them OUT to prey on other children? ONE offense should be ENOUGH! Lock the bastards up and throw away the key... Let the other inmates take care of them... They shouldn't last long in General Population. The Bleeding Hearts who fight for the RIGHTS of these perverts should be locked up with them. What RIGHTS do they deserve? The RIGHT to get back out on the street and do the same to another kid? Sorry Charlie - I just can't see giving them another chance on this one! Cut their ding dongs off (without sleeping gas) and throw them in the barrel! Jen, I'm so sorry for your community and the mother - the not knowing and no closure has got to be a nightmare. Hugs BD |

Jail house rules are no women, no kids, no exceptions. There is no such thing as full time security in isolation. There will always be an opportunity it just takes time, and thats all you got when your doing life already. One thing I know for sure is, he's not feeling so secure even as you read this. Those people that are there to protect him can very easily look the other way, always remember they frown on that too. Sean.............................. |

Title: Re: Remembering Tyreek Davis Post by BobG on Jan 25th, 2006, 9:18pm A couple weeks ago here in Vegas a 2 year old girl was found in a dumpster. Beaten to death. No one even knows who she is or where she came from. It was on America's Most Wanted show last Saturday. Today there is a story from the Boston area of a mother and her baby shot and killed in her own bed. Something is wrong, very wrong, with our society. :'( |
