I heard on the news just a bit ago (local news) that City-group accidentally sent out forms with lists of other peoples SS numbers and personal info on each sheet to about 5 thousand people ! There offerin 180 days of identity theft for the people's info that got sent out to others. Seems someone was supposed to cut the forms into sections and send each section to the proper person....instead the forms stayed intact. Oh man......a thiefs dream come true Pam
