I, too am a CH sufferer. Cluster headaches are the most debilitating, painful headaches known to mankind (and womankind). There is no other headache like it, and there is no known cure, at this time, although studies are finally beginning. So at this time, all we can do is hope. In the meantime, we sufferers will try almost anything to relieve our misery. If the routes you have/will take are helping you, then please share your experiences with the rest of us. However, there are many other methods that help CH sufferers as well, not necessarily using pharmaceutical drugs. I note, in reading through this thread, that Amelia has edited the posts from bfull2 and seasonal bloomer on the topic of cluster headaches, both of whom I know are CH sufferers and I'm asking why? To Amelia, why have you edited posts from cluster headache sufferers who have found this forum through their research into CH, and are only trying to provide information to one of your forum members? Is there something in our posts that frightens you, or makes you uncomfortable? We are not advocating the use of drugs, whether legal or illegal, all we are trying to do is help a fellow CH sufferer by offering other websites that dedicated to putting forth factual information on CH, and suggested methods of dealing with our affliction. If you feel this is wrong for us to do this, then you are doing a disservice to Angelfish and to other members of your forum who might also be CH sufferers. Please allow us to share our experiences with your forum members, unedited, and we welcome you and your members to visit our forums at clusterheadaches.com. Sandy |
