Do we know if the patient's actually human, I'm sure I read about a woman who had married a dolphin on Holiday in Thailand recently?

Sounds like it could be elephant with those sinuses, in which case the leaky bit could be very messy indeed. As could the divorce when Jumbo's told to pack his trunk.
