Hi everyone.

Just thought I'd let you know that I am still around.

Hope that some of you at least are PF and those that are not, well big huggs and may it get better soon.

My CH... Well I guess it is a bit better. Not getting hit bad daily, at least they are bearable. And even have a few PF days here and there. They put me on Elavil and I have my trex to handle that bad once.

I'm busy, new job is good and family is great. kids get big to quickly sometimes.

I might not visit here daily but you all are in my thoughts.

Good to hear from you. Glad to hear things are going mostly well for you. Yeah, kids definitely grow up too fast. Seems like only yesterday mine were just babies.

Pop in when you can and keep your other family posted and remember we are here for you when you need us.

Great to hear from you.Glad things are getting better enjoy the painfree time I hope it soon becomes permanant.Yeah kids do grow up too fast .April will be nine January 29th.Seems like just yesterday she was taking her first steps and she hasn't looked back since.

Might see if the we can raise the Elavil dose. Doc said that I am on a low dose and we have room to play with it.

Not sure what I can say. Too much seemed to be happening in Real Life. And I just could not log in here. Every time I started too, I just felt like all I would do is complain. I know that you all are here and wnt take it that way but I was just really unhappy and depressed when I would think about coming here. Silly I know but well in a better place now.
