Hey all, just wanted to let you know that I am or will be an aunt very soon. My sister's blood pressure sky rocketed last night and so they induced her this morning and they were doing a c-section. So, I could be an aunt right now. I'll keep you posted on name, weight, etc.

I'll have pics and such after I go up there to see her....which will be in a week or two.

Just got word that I am an aunt. Her name is Hannah Riley Wilcox and she weighed 6 lbs. 10 oz. I will have some pictures later.

As a new aunt you're gonna' need to take the Auntie Spoiling class. Each time Aunt Kimmie watches little Hannah it's supposed to take at least three days for mom and dad to undue your spoiling handywork. That's your job - Really. ;)

Aunting is a great thing. I've still got neices, nephews, and some great and great-great ones that water can't wash the spoiling off of. Get your "spoiling" shoes on and get to the hospital. (Take BIG teddy bears - that's a good start and something that makes noise - parents adore that).

Praying for them both.I hope everythings ok please keep us informed.their right when I was single and working I was great at spoiling my niece and nephew.I always joke saying I wish my kids had a aunt Minnie.OH well...............

Well, the baby seems to be doing fine. My sister isn't doing very well right now...she's losing blood, they think that she has an ulcer, so their doing an upper endoscopy (sp?) tomorrow. I'm not sure what they do for an ulcer, but hopefully she will be fine. They're also monitoring her blood pressure very closely. Thank you very much for all of your concern.
