Do you mean,
MSN.com,
MSN Messenger or,
MSN explorer.

MSN.com runs on IIS so what do you expect.

The MSN messenger network is working fine ( for a change) I would suggest trying another client.

MSN explorer is really IE so again what do you expect.

I'm an idiot of course.

I'm creative in signing in sometimes so I can use a paint shop thing for free. I was signing on in 2004 for awhile. Messenger Seems to work fine in 2006...

Dumber than dumb.

And you think you've got problems! Just walking to the fridge with a three-tier chocolate cake all iced and decorated when a kid jumps up to see what it is. I now have lots and lots of little pieces of three tier cake all prettily decorating the floor.

Ah, well, it doesn't have to be ready for another four hours. Start again. Nothing I'd rather be doing on my one half-day off each week. Oh, the troubles I've seen...
