I just got an email from a bank official in Africa [smiley=laugh.gif]

All I have to do is give him my bank info and he will give me 30% of 17million dollars

The only problem is their name is written NEDBANK

It real I tell you, they gave me the bank account # and everything.

and the whole story about how this really rich guy died and no one has claimed the monye. So because he was from another country the person the monye is transfered to has to be from out of the country. ( Like me) I don't even have to do anything.... but give him my account info :D

I get about 3 a day from different email addys different bank and country but same story. Pretty much a miricle I figure. What are the odds?

Go ahead and respond. Give him a bank account number. But, to be smart about it, first to go a bank and open a brand new account with $1.00 in it. Give him this new account number and tell him you are anxiously awaiting the deposit of the gazillions and that you are so happy he contacted you. This way, you get your gazillions, plus $1.00, and then you immediately transfer the gazillions (less $1.00) to another brand new account, under an assumed name. Then,transfer the gazillion, less another $1.00 to a third bank under another new name. Keep doing this until you have $1.00 in a gazillion banks. There's no way the IRS will be able to follow this trail.

But, all is dependent, of course, upon the original gazillion being deposited into the first bank account.

Count me in, Gena. Here's my bank account number - 0918753-926. I'm done pissing around. Everybody's a filthy skeptic......but Not ME. This poor guy's been trying to give the money away, but the entire world is filled with unbelievers..........thus the conundrum. Humanity could use a little more trust and faith. Somebody's going to get this money.

I receive one per month. It seems that members of my family ( some I didn't even know) are getting into alot of trouble in Africa. One was killed with his entire family in a car accident. Another disappeared without a trace....Yet another was killed in a plane crash. Another was attacked by Hippos in heat, elephants who were pissed off, eaten alive by a pack of wild dogs, swallowed whole by a crock............It has caused me to lose sleep...I will never visit Africa because My WHOLE family has been killed there....

Thanks Jas---what a picture !!! They actually did a story on these bogus e-mails about deaths and inheritences from Africa. It ended up being an actual official from a small town in Africa--unbelievable how many Americans sent them money !!!
