Hello everyone!! Had CH 2 years ago and almost to the week they are coming back. Had one the other morning at 4.30am and have felt the twinges over the last couple of days but still not been hit with another yet but im dreading it. Used to come twice a day and lasted for about 3 weeks. Im in the military and its hard enough trying to convince our helpful and kind docs that we have a broken leg let alone something like CH but if I do at least its free!! Let you know how I get on when I get back into work on tuesday and if I get hit by any over the weekend!

You haven't mentioned treatments or efforts towards a diagnosis. Symptoms of CH are fairly clear but ruling out other causes are an important part of the diagnosis process. If you are suffering from CH without treatment you are probably suffering unnecessary pain. Some background information would be appreciated.
