Post by Nikki17 on Jun 11th, 2005, 7:46pm Hi...I'm 60 and have had cluster headache cycles for about 30 years...cycles come about every 18 months and last 6 weeks...when I was younger the cycles were yearly or twice a year....I am a retired math teacher living in Florida where I love to play golf and put the top down on my Mustang GT and crank up CD player...I have tried just about everything but my choice is imitrex and sticking my face up against the nozzle of the showerhead and blasting the hot water!!!...I am currently in a cycle and happy to find this site... thanks...Tony (Nikki is my pet Rottie) |

Also have CH for 30+ years. My first choice abortive is Zyprexa. Much less expensive cf. Imitrex and consistently aborts an attack in 20-min or less. Have a four-year old Vizsla. A good many of them in Florida, I understand. |
