Hello, I'm Ryan I'm 28 and I'v been dealing with these "headaches" (if that's what you want to call them) for 14 years, thank the good Lord above I'm not chronic, I normally have 2 episodes a year spring & fall 1-3 months long depending on if the Depekote wants to work. These things cost me graduating with my class because 2nd & 3rd period were spent in the nurses office, man I hated her.(take some tylenol and go back to class) I wanted to strangle her, but I kept my sh*t together and did't. Then you have the Dr. who puts me on somethig that killed my sex drive but did nothig for the pain and when your 19, 50 cents and sex is all you have. To make a long story short I found a neurologist thats been pretty good. Great web site, glad I found all of you

Hi , my name is Brandi and was cursed almost 3 years ago. I just found out exactly what was going on with me this year. My last neurologist and the ones before just said they were migraines. I have them year round except for the summer. They are starting to die down. I have had a dull HA on the right side behind my eye for about a month and only had one severe HA this month. No trips to the ER. I am doing my 1st round of DHE on Monday. I hope it works. Starting new meds. I am trying Lamictal. I like the site. Good luck to everyone!

Welcome to the family Ryan. There's much to read here and always new things to learn. Check out the threads on Kudzu under medications and treatments. It's getting some outstanding results for a number of people here.

The light is always on in the clusterheads' house. Keep posting.

Look for the thread called "5-HT Activity in Kudzu" under the Medications and Treatments section. It's a really long thread but explains all about Kudzu, where to get it, etc. Basically it's a natural plant-type of supplement. People down south call it a weed, but it's truly been a help to a number of clusterheads on this board.
