Title: Blood in Nose Post by Debra on Mar 29th, 2005, 4:17pm When I have the headache over my right eye, I also get blood in my right nostril. Is this common with cluster headaches? |

Title: Re: Blood in Nose Post by Gator on Mar 29th, 2005, 6:09pm I've never had a nose bleed that I recall with an attack. You should probably get to a doctor and have your sinuses checked out. Not saying you don't have CH, you really haven't given enough information to know if you do or don't. Unusual bleeding of any kind should be looked into. In the mean time, take the cluster quiz in the links to the left and read everything in the other links as well. Strictly dealing with your headaches: Where do they occur on your head? How long do they last? How long from pain free to max pain? How bad on a scale of 0 - 10? 0 being no pain and 10 being the worst pain you have ever felt. Describe the pain. ie, stabbing, boring, pulsitile, throbbing, etc. What meds have you tried and what worked to stop the pain? When they end, how long from max pain to pain free? How many per day do you have? |
