Anyone here ever tried excedrin migraine?I didnt think it would help me.Sometime I dont take them in enough time but then it helps me out until the evening when I take another one.I use the geltabs and you should not take more than 2 a day.but in the past I have taken more than 2 a day.So 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening . I never have taken 2 at a time like it says on the directions.Hope this will help someone.Its not a miracle but anythings helps. ;) :-*

Hi nina...welcome.
Excedrin migraine wont really help full blown cluster headaches, but some find it helps shadows. Too many can actually make things much worse because of rebound headaches. Have you been diagnosed with CH? Have you tried any other meds? Tell us about yourself. Pain free wishes, nani

sometimes I dont take it for a days just so that I wont get rebound attacks.Yes I was diagnosed with CH.Years ago I had to do my own diagnosis because my doctors never belived me.I had to get a computer printout just to show them that clusters were real.Boy I sure have a long story.I bet if we all put are stories together we could write a book.All proceeds would go to CH that cant work.That would be nice. ;;D ::)

Hi Nina. First of all welcome to the place for help and support . Have you visited all the tabs on the left side of your screen yet? There is alot of info over there and we could also use your input. As for me I have taken every type of opiate, shots of demerol, fast acting morphine, dilaudud, lydocaine, you name it I've tried it. So in my case I could swallow a whole bottle of what you suggest, which would probably only result in my death, and believe me I've considered it while in a kip10. Please take a look at the Kudzu string as the results look very promising for many. I am on kudzu now and it has been a miracle for me. Hope you don't have clusters.

:-[ :-[I diagnosed myself at first until the doctors got their heads out of their butts!They are also treating me for severe depression anxiety attacks but i dont take the medication the meds make me worse than I already am. I too have already been on every medication there is.Except the ones you have mentioned. :-[

for me exedrin does work alittle on the shadow but reall does nothing for a attack.....as for the doc...I truely understand that going through it now

Because of all of you people I had peace and a pain free night.As for today thats a different story :-[...I know the beast will visit me soon.As for you Joe thank you for the e-mail.Your story was uplifting even though it was heartbreaking.I cant imagine being 80 or 90 years of age bearing this pain.That is my biggest fear.When I was young I thought that when I got older they would just go away.I was hoping that it was just a phase I was going through.Now it looks like the beast is with me for the long haul.All I can do is just take it day by day and hope I dont live to be 90 years old.Thank you all for the support and information I am very grateful for that.All of you are wonderful people and I look forward to meeting the rest of you.I would like to write my story but I'd like to get to know people a little bit better before I get to that.As for all of you keep your heads up and hopefully you have a pain free day [smiley=hug.gif]
