Title: Re: Calling all Irish...... Post by pubgirl on Feb 12th, 2005, 8:52pm Night Zombie These foreigners sometimes don't realise that XXX means you are sending them kisses. ;;D You are as likely to find people from Ireland on OUCH UK. I know there are a few and they complain bitterly about the poor treatment of CH there. Wendy the Brit |

Title: Re: Calling all Irish...... Post by Ellick on Feb 27th, 2005, 1:38pm Hi Zombie, Just spotted your post. I am not Irish but my name is certainly found there. Never met anyone in England with the name. Although an Irish friend sent me a photo of her standing next to a road sign (in Eire) of a place called 'Ellick's Town'. Guess I will have to make a visit there sometime. The name books tell me the name originates from Scotland. My father in law originates from Dublin and relatives live in a place called Rathrun. How I got my name is too obscure to go in to here. Bye the way XX. All the best Ellick. |
