While getting to know this site I kept coming across the term "dance" and was so happy. You see until I found this I thought I was just wierd cause I couldn't stay still when I got a attack and even worse when talking to people they would say " oh ya I guess you must sit in a quiet dark room or lay down until it goes away" Meanwhile I would be thinking I wish I could sit still but the pain wouldn't let me and if I dared say that then they would inform me that a person couldn't possibly move around in that much pain. I would sit there very confused wondering why I was so wierd. Needless to say that I was happy to hear my night rituals are common among us clusterheads.

People pay big bucks to learn dance, but our personal choreographer comes to us for our "free" lessons.

I'd just as soon not! . . . . ah well :-/

Welcome Maureen...you are not the only one. You will find lots of info, help and support here. I don't know how to tell you this...a lot of the people here really are weird. Pain free wishes to you...nani

LOL thanks at least I belong to the nicest "wierd" group of people that I've met so far. ;)
