Title: Just a hello
Post by ToddTodd on Dec 7th, 2004, 12:46pm
22 From Chicago.  Signed on here almost 2 years ago for the first time.  Made a couple of posts but that was it.

Been dealing with this shit for a couple years now, just started another session of attacks a couple weeks ago and got kicked out of school due to absences from them.

Just feeling pretty down about it all.  Losing those classes/money has put me in a situation that I don't wanna think about right now.  Presiednt of academics doesn't understand what a cluster is, blew me off as if I was telling him I had a sore throat.

Can't afford to retake them and continue paying for my living expenses, but if I don't retake them I won't be able to get my degree and start of a career so that I can cover living expenses in the future.  Screwed either way really.

So I came back on here to just read things and try to make myself feel better.  Decided to post while I was at it.

Hi  :)

Greetings from a Lakeview expat.

Hope you can get your head organized so that a doc can both Dx you and get some help going. If you have clusters, doing nothing will only set you up for more loses.

Find out what the appeal process is and initiate it.

Have a Doctor document your condition.

Check the ADA statutes.

Call a local non profit  legal service.

Check to see if your state has a disability discrimination authority.

Nail the President of Academics balls to the wall.
