I have gone from episodic CH to chronic after 25yrs after a 4 year remission, I'm in my eighth month of torture, with no end in sight,Thank-you all for your informative info you have made available to all sufferers.I visited this site 3-4 years ago , and they used to have instant messaging, what happened?God Bless us, and all that stand by us.

Glad you found the site .... sorry for the reason that brought you here.

You are not considered chronic until you've had headaches for a full year without a substantial pain free period. Either way ... suffering for 8 months sux too. Sorry....

By clinical definition you are not chronic but you are getting close. There will be no prize offering yet.

I'm episodic and have had a cycle last 8 months. What meds are you using?
