I used to come here years ago. So glad to see that so many sufferers have found the website. I'm a suffer from the UK. This site led me to the UK site and helped me make loads of friends in the CH community.

I'm a 30-year-old with ECH. I live just outside London and I'm mad about snowboarding and mountain biking. Hate having CH, but so far it hasn't stopped me having fun. I've had a lot of success with verapamil.

Just wanted to say hello and to promise to make an effort to stick around a bit more in the future! ;;D
