First part-time job: I was working as a stock-boy in a large California supermarket whose letters can be rearranged to spell the word, "Albertson's." Um... Anyway.... I had offloaded a truck and I was using the dolly to shuffle around and organize boxes of stock. I was pretty bored, so I started singing. Pretty soon, I was struttin' around the stock-room and singin', "I'm SHAKIN' my ass! Just a-SHAKIN' my ASS!! I'm SHAKIN' my ass! Just a-SHAKIN' my ass!" I was really getting into it, shakin' my ass all over the place...

The loudspeaker in the stockroom crackled and the voice of the woman who had hired me came, "Mr. Weeden, please report to the personnel office!"

I continued singing and struttin' and I walked towards the door, and then made my way upstairs, where the boss was waiting. She said in a severe tone (but with the faintest hint of a grin), "Stop 'shakin' your ass' and get back to WORK!"

Thus chastized, I went back to arranging the stock, reducing my ass-shakin' to the seconds I had between moving boxes.
