A cowboy rides into a small frontier town. He ties his horse to a rail just feet from an old timer rocking slowly in his chair.

After dismounting, the cowboy walks behind his horse, lifts it's tail and kisses it where the sun don't shine. He then lowers his horses tail and heads for the dry goods store.

Seeing the whole scene the old timer calls out to the cowboy.

"Hey young feller, did I just see ya do what I thinks ya done?"

"Sure did old timer" came the reply

"If'n ya don't mind me askin, why?" asked the old timer.

"Got chapped lips real bad" replied the cowboy.

"An at' cures em?", asked the old man.

"Nope" replied the cowboy, "but it sure keeps me from lickin' 'em."
