Title: raffle ticket

Every day for years, hubby woke at 5am, drove to the job, and returned home around 6pm. The wife was a good housekeeper, but lately the house wasn't beeing kept quite as well as it had been.
One evening, hubby was rooting around in the closet and pulled out a mink stole. He carried it downstairs and asked his wife where it came from. She replied, "Oh, Didnt I tell you? I won the raffle, and that was part of the prize."
About a week later, hubby was rooting around in the linnen closet and found a diamond neckless. When he inquired about that she replied, "Oh, thats part of the raffle I won."
A couple of days after that, hubby gets home, and theres a brand new sportscar sitting in the driveway. This time he just said "raffle.? She replied, "Yep, It was a large raffle with lots of great prizes."
Saturday night rolls around and they decide to go out for dinner. She asked him to go upstairs and draw her a bath. So hubby goes upstairs and starts running water in the tub. He turns off the water, comes downstairs and tells the wife that her bath is ready.
She goes upstairs, then comes back downstairs and says in a rather nasty tone, "I thought I asked you to draw a bath for me? Theres only a quarter of an inch of water in the tub". Hubby replied, "I didnt want you to get your raffle ticket wet."

Excellent! ;;D Nothing like a wet raffle ticket.

BTW are raffle tickets still good after they've gotten wet?

Yep, wash it off, clean them up, and they taste the same as they did yesterday.
