A bear walks into a bar in Boston and orders a beer.  The bartender says, "sorry, but we don't serve beers to bears in bars in Boston."  The bear says, "you better serve me a beer or I'll go over and kill that woman sitting there and eat her."  The bartender says, "go ahead."  The bear goes over to the woman, kills and eats her.  The bear again demands a beer.  The bartender says, "we don't serve beers to bears on drugs in bars in Boston."  The bear says, "what are you talking about, I'm not on drugs!"  The bartender says "yes you are, that was the barbitchyouate!"

I don't know if the bear who was in the bar in Boston asking for a beer ever got it. I live on the west coast. ;;D
