An elderly man took his ailing wife to the doctor.

After examining her, the doc pulled the husband aside and said, "I have some bad news. I'm afraid your wife has either Alzheimer's or AIDS."

The man said, "Jeez, Doc, can't you be more specific?"

The Doctor said, "Well, there's one last test we can do."

The man said, "Anything, Doc... just say the word!"

The Doctor says, "OK, on your way home, drop your wife off on the street 5 blocks from home, in an area you're both familiar with."

"OK, OK, Doc... then what?"

"If she makes it home, don't fuck her!"
