Title: anyone? a CH holliday? Post by joke ten dam on Dec 20th, 2005, 6:58pm what does your neuro say when you dont deliver your usual heache log book. I am cronic and I do ocasionaly have better times and I refusr to keep a diary. when my neuro asked why I said I was having a CH holliday. |

Post by Phil L on Dec 21st, 2005, 7:41pm When in cycle I keep a "for what it's worth" log, jot down times, intensity etc. After a month or so I just say to hell with it until near the end. Then it's sort of like a short timers calendar and something to look forward to. Phil |
