Title: Re: fibromyalgia and clusters Post by Kate in Oz on Oct 19th, 2005, 10:06pm Hi Sandra, Yep, I've got fibro as well as ch. I take (if/when I remember - so vague!!) chelated magnesium and levo-carnitine for the fibro and I'm lead to believe the magnesium helps with insomnia too. How do I cope?? One day at a time!! Wishin you all the best, Kate P.S. if you come across anything that works to help Andy cope I'd really be interested. Ta |
