It's almost 4:00 AM...

An hour ago, I woke up with a clogged up right nostril, a familiar pain in my temple as well as over, under and behind my right eye... I wonder what that could be??

It slowed down a little bit, but the shadows are still strong. It happened last night to, but I thought that it was just a remainder since I was PF the whole day. Usually, when in cycle, I get hit every 3 - 4 hours during the day (sometimes less) and about three times per night.

Anyway, I'm ready and the coffee is hot - let the games begin.

Sorry you are having a tough time, too, Jonny.
Have you tried Oxygen? You can read about it on the left <------------
Imitrex also gives relief to many. Have you seen the Imitrex tip?

Just remember to try not to let it control you - you control it - by never forgetting that it is a headache, a very bad headache, but still a headache.

Since we are always alone when fighting CH, don't let it become a "demon", "beast" or anything else - you need your metal strenght to fight the sleep deprivasion. Above all; you have not done anything wrong and you are not getting punished - it is just a F****** headache.

Hurting like hell from time to time - but feeling good inbetween hits..

You may not be ready for it, we never are, but you can do it.

You "sound" sad to me and that is not good. It hurts like hell, it interupts our days at home and at work, we look stupid, foolish and what ever else, when we get hit infront of other people that see us.

This is who we are and that is why we get together here, sometimes we yell and scream at each other and sometimes we cry together - but we help each other get through this like nobody else can.

If it gets to hard for you, remember that you can always contact Margi, Cathi, Jonny and countless others that will be there for you - even when you feel that the whole world is falling down on you.
