No O2....just imitrex and verapamil that probably expired 2 years ago (my last cycle). All day I've been having shadows. I have had two clusters in the past two weeks and only one full blown in intensity. I just don't have time for these.

Sorry to hear it. I use a frozen water bottle and press it to my head as hard as i can.
Slamming a large as cold as i can get it iced tea sometimes helps. Gives me one of those brain freeze ha but i can deal with that much better.
Doesn't always work, does best if I catch it as soon as i feel a shadow.

Another shadow gone by. It seems they're just coming to haunt me. I have an annual check up next week. I think I have enough meds to last me until then. Over the past two years, I had given most of my imitrex to my husband who gets migraines. [smiley=ohjez.gif] I still have my emergency stock pile though.

I think that most of us chronics say "No, no, no" several times a day....whenever I have one of those rare PF moments, I think that maybe I have just been having a bad dream, but then get hit again and am brought back to reality. I sometimes feel as if I am living in the twilight zone-anyone else get that feeling?

You know where your friends and support are.... and there really IS more information and out here than 2 year ago so read up.....and get thee to the DR.....and GET O2 ! I have 2 tanks at home. My husband will get a refill for me anytime I need one...I don't think the RX ever goes out.
