Title: free for a year Post by jeremy on Jun 26th, 2005, 1:35am I just changed laptops and was transferring bookmarks across and saw this. I've had CH's for twenty five years, twice a year for eight weeks each, scared the shit out of myself, you know how that goes. Full blown 10's mostly for 45 minutes to an hour, sometimes shadowing for another two hours....everyday, mostly twice... I'm 48 now and I think I'm growing out of them. Imitrex worked really well - I learned to tune the injection quantities, and at the end of the last one when I read about mushrooms here, say July last year, I made myself two cups of mushroom tea, a day apart. I got lucky finding someone who knew how to get it. At that point I thought what the hell, get fucked up, it can't be worse than this. I haven't had a headache in a year. Cheers all, FWIW. |

Title: Re: free for a year Post by jeremy on Jun 26th, 2005, 3:03pm I steeped a dried stem and a cap in hot water for about ten minutes both times. According to the site that talks about this, that's a small quantity. I was nervous about it. So it had very little effect. |
