Just found this site and I am here at work. First, am I in the right place? I get 3-4 migraines a week that can be resolved with Zomig (although I no longer have any, too expensive), If I take nothing but aspirin it will usually last apprx. 8 hours intensifying at the end. Many times I get nausea with vomitting when real bad. Some times are worse than others, the usual sitting in a dark place with no noise, pain almost completely unbearable. Can't function at work when too bad.

Anyway, I read just a few posts and would like to try some of the things I glanced over such as:

Kudzu ? don't know if I can buy local
LSA ? couldn't find any info on this just initials here and there
Hawaiin baby rose seeds? no idea about this
Oxygen ? can I just go down to the medical supply and buy this?

thanks for your help in advance. If these don't work I will have to bite the bullet and get another expensive prescription with noticeable side effects of tight chest etc.

You can get kudzu at a healthfood store or pharmacy, but your best bet on finding it is on-line. LSA is found in the Hawaiin baby rose seeds. O2, you need a script from a doc for it, but it's cheap. It does sound like migraines to me, so you won't get much help here. Check out this place.

thanks for the info, none of the other sites seem to compare to this one as far as amount of info from real people and their experiences. this site is great!

did here about petasites hybridus I think I will pick up on the way home.
