Hi everyone,

I had 2 PF nights (!) and thought that this was it, over, kaput for another couple of years. In my dreams. Mr CH came back but at 4.30am not 3.30am and the wrong nostril was blocked but the same lovable PAIN hadn't changed.

Do you think it's something to do with the memory lapses?

Any good concepts will be accepted.

That's why a journal is helpful.

Yep, memory and sleep,
two of the first things to fly away...

Maybe it was a last hit before he says goodbye.
Hope you do have more pf days ahead

Did you try a nasal decongestant? Pseudophedrin?

Sometimes it helps me.
