That would be my ex-bf that I had been with for 3 years previously. He's comfortable and it's easy to keep seeing him. So am I single? Yes. Completely. Do I still love him and want him? Yes. Completely. Is being with him healthy and good? No. Definitely not. Do I want a way to move on and get over him? Absolutely. Unfortunately, we run in the same circles and seeing him and dealing with him is inevitable. Does that answer your question? Pseudo-boyfriend because I can pretend he’s my bf and treat him accordingly, but is he really… no. |

Title: Re: Help me... please... Post by mcf69 on Apr 23rd, 2005, 11:32am Definitely try the oxygen, it really does work wonders, if you have any trouble getting a mask or other components, let me know, I have a bunch of sources for medical equipment. Have you tried putting heat or cold on it?, try both, heat works for some, cold for others. Make sure you keep a diary on the headaches too, for the doctor to review, check out the links or just do a board search for diaries. Just take it easy on the oral pain meds, they don't have much effect on clusters, and you might end up getting rebound headaches from them. Hang in there, it will get better. Best of luck of to you. |

It'd be easier to do medical O2, since a company would show up at your door with everything you need (theoretically.) Going the welding route means picking up all the pieces of the puzzle yourself. After reading the O2 page info, you'll need a big tank of O2, a CGA540 15 lpm regulator (http://www.clusterheadaches.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=meds;action=display;num=1114271112;start=0#0), a 540 adaptor nut, non-rebreather mask, and a bubbler for good measure. You might as well dive in and get a proper O2 setup, either medical or welding. You're going to be at this for a lot of years. RJ |
