:-X :-/ :-X Just took my temp and it's at 101. I'm usually on the cool side of the average. And it's also giving me splitting HA. Life has been great the last week hitting only k3 at the worst while taking only kudzu, but now this crap. Took 2 tylenol and I think I actually got a little warmer. I'm starting to worry that this might trigger a full blown CH. Fortunately it's "just" a migraine right in the middle of my head. Any suggestions on other things I could do to ease this bug out? [smiley=huh.gif]

Get plenty of rest Joe, but don't nap! Try not to take OTC meds, let it take its course.

LYG's. Temp is down to normal. Must have just been the quickie model. Unfortunate that it was on my wifes birthday. Hit k5 with a migraine but NO ch attack, thank God. Drank lots of gatorade type drink and just tylenol to help with the fever, aches & pains. Feeling much better today ;;D. PFD's and blessings to all. Joe
p.s. Is it possible that kudzu could lessen the severities of the flu?
