If all you have is a canula, can you take off the nose part and just inhale directly from the tube? That might help. Inhale through your mouth and exhale through your nose. TWO YEAR OLDS REALLY ARE FROM HORROR MOVIES AND TEENAGERS REALLY ARE FROM HELL...but this, too shall pass. Have the hubby take a look around here, maybe he'll understand better? Are you using ice or heat when the pain starts? That helps some folks. It's trial and error to see what helps you. I hope you get some relief. Pain free wishes, nani
