I just want to say that, I LOVE MY HUSBAND!!! ;;D ;;D He surprised me with a Sony mini Hi-Fi. I SO wasn't expecting that! For the almost 8 yrs. we've been married we haven't owned a stereo, just boom boxes, so this is like getting a diamond ring to me!!

Everything else was also wonderful and I love my kids too! ;)

A new air compressor (one of those 'get me one of these' gifts, since my other one gave out last week under the stress of 2 framing nailers)

from my son: he burned a cd for me from my most precious 18yr old cassette tape, "Peace". I have been so worried that the tape would break and its been discontinued, so he did that for me :D

from my daughter: really yummy scented body lotion and cd by Little Big Town :D

A sirius radio so I can hear Howard Stern. ;;D Also a weekend away in Stowe Vermont after the baby is born. It was a lovely Christmas. :)

"The Dame Edna Experience" DVD set, and all the ingredients for five different flavored martinis (parents) - that is one very heavy case of booze.

Beautiful candleholder; chocolate and a kitty ornament; more chocolate (friends).

The best: spent time with my family!

Today I got what I wanted. All my friggin' company out of my house. Ya'll know what they say about company and fish.

The house is quiet. The stress is gone. The La-Z-Boy is mine again to relax in. Damn if I ain't going to have a one-hellava headache tonight. Friggin' company!

Oh yeah, I got a gift certificate for dinner for 2 at Hooters.

Um......I will have to let ya know when I can relook at stuff verses the open and say "OH" but "OH look at the time" was next !!! We had the last of the Xmas's last nite......I think we have about 5 or 6 weeks worth one pr two every weekend and we didn't even make it to them all. I open'd stuff and put it under the little tree then went to families houses and open'd stuff and stuck it in a bag and now it is under my little tree. My small dineing room looks like gift shop. But tomarrow is my 'go no where quiet time day to myself and I plan to have Xmas all over again and really take a good look at what I got'.....that will be FUN !! I did get a hand made brass and gold wall sconch Brad made for the liveingroom that has a nice scented canlde in it.....he got me a real gold trim painted porcelin leopard cat necklace and ring to match (wasn't cheap) and a robot RAPTOR......dam is that thing cool......it walks around and turns it's head and snaps at things from side to side and runs and attacks stuff. Looks so real it is scarey....fits my personality rite now to the tee Pam

Also got a gorgeous harley orange fuzzy kick ass scarf from 'friendly family'......and choc stuff.......I'll have to go thru the rest to REMEMBER what I got. I got stressed out.......I am goin to return that gift :P

PS: Don't go shopping to today......I made that mistake cuz I needed a few things and not goin anywhere the rest of the week. People were EVERYWHERE in no hurry either......all spending there walmart bucks or returning stuff. Everytime I said EXCUSE ME I had anouther two word phrase in mind. 8)

I showed your song to my wife. She loved it.
The company was gone by 8 this morning. By noon the tree was down and all decorations put away. The house was swept, dusted, and hosed clean. You'd never know Christmas or the friggin' company had even been there.
Life is good again!

Do they have a cd or tracks of cats meowing....I love hearing them meow as long as it isn't comeing from the road while becomeing flat 8) 8) 8)

Edit: Ipods are all downloaded music rite.......how do they work ? I have slow dialup and can't really get shit cuz it takes hours.....or do you download them otherways ? I haven't much clue.......

I live in dial-up hell too.

But my kid downloaded cd's onto the computer, then transfered them to his friends i-pod.

I was too cheap to buy him his own so he has to learn from his friends.

and shirts from my husband that are the same size as the ones I where now but they didn't fit. Go figure. So I had to return them. They didn't carry the next size bigger. Sucks.
I got a new pair of glasses.

I had one box. It was from IntergalacticChick (ASB):

A sage and citrus candle
A bag of Double Chocolate Coffee

and the coolest - a handmade scarf. I wrapped it around my head and face, and within seconds my eyes started watering and itching, sneezing, my throat began getting scratchy and had a lump in it. Everybody looked at me funny and I remembered Liz's cat. I pulled the scarf off and yelled "BART!" It was quite funny actually in retrospect, but at the time it freaked me out.
Thank God for Woolite. That scarf rocks! Thanks Liz.
