Post by LeLimey on Dec 26th, 2005, 5:54am Well mine flew all the way to England so it's the best of the lot! ;;D Thank you Lizzie I shall wear it with pride, warm not just from the scarf but from the love it was made with [smiley=hug.gif] Jasper has a thing about the film "Polar Express" in which a little boy gets a bell from Santa's sleigh. All he wanted for Christmas this year was a bell in a box (like in the film) and a whistle! Well I had got a sleigh bell for him and a little box to put it in BUT.. when Lizzie's box came and it was red and white stripes (like in the film) it had three little bells inside with "cut off" bits of cord attached. They were perfect, they truly looked as though they had been cut off a sleigh rein so we left one in the box, tied it up with a HUGE green ribbon (like in the bloody film again!) and put it at the back of the tree. Needless to say when all the other presents were unwrapped (still haven't found the dog under all the paper BTW....) Jasper HAD to look to see.. and found his box with a bell . It hasn't left his hand yet and my eyes are welling up again remembering it. Thank you so much Lizzie, not just for making my Christmas with the scarf but for making it one I'll never forget for seeing the wonder on Jasper's face over your bell in your box, all the way from the North Pole :-* |
