mmmmmmm BAILEYS! Gotta love that stuff although I HAVE noticed a problem with it. It starts to evaporate as soon as you open the bottle. I mean... I couldn't really have drunk a whole bottle by myself otherwise could I? ;;D

I was going to tell you that if you drink it fast enough, the evaporation problem isn't a problem but it looks like you had that one figured out already.

Sandy have you ever tried Amaretto and Baileys mixed? 60% baileys 40% amaretto? sounds disgusting but oh wow.. its fanflippintastic! Unfortunately the mix evaporates even faster than either spirit alone as evidenced by the night my friend Lisa and I got through 2 bottles of each.. litre bottles of the Baileys too :-[

In our house Santa gets a glass of orange juice (he's driving as my kids point out) and biscuits (cookies) that the kids make on Christmas eve.. I just hope they don't poison the poor old guy!
