If it does this at boot, then the motherboard maybe fried, but really it could be any peice of hardware, call your tech support.

Try unplugging the 'puter for like 10 seconds, plugging it back in, and turning the whole bit on.  Had a 'puter once that would fudge up a bit and I would have to unplug it from the wall to get it working again.  Something with the power supply was goin' bad and creatin' all sorts of weird problems.

Do ya get any beeps when to power on the system?

Have you tried pulling the video card from the board, and putting it back it to make sure it's properly seated?  An improperly seated video card may prevent boot.

Try pulling the memory sticks and reseating them.  If they've worked loose, they can create a few gremlins.

Try reseating all expansion cards, memory sticks, and the CPU if you're so inclined.  Over time, the vibration of various fans in the system can cause various socketed parts to creap out of the socket.

Check the video cable coming from the 'puter.  If it's not properly plugged in, it'll at best just not get a signal, at worse cause random problems.

Check to make sure the internal cable are all plugged in completely.  Something as simple as the power supply plug creaping off the hard drive will cause boot errors.

Does your power supply smell hot... Is it smoking... Is it currently on fire?  An overheating power supply will cause random crashes, freezes, shutdowns, and boot errors.

Try unplugging the mouse before boot.  May as well verify that isn't the culprit just to say we did.

If it still won't work, ya will prolly have to either hire a repair technician to look at it, or buy a new one.  Good luck.
