Title: Awesome news... call me Mr. Thankful. Post by fubar on Nov 23rd, 2005, 1:37pm I just saved up to 15% on my car insurance by calling Geico! not really What a year… Some of you know that I have been going through hell trying to conceive a child with my fiancée. We have spent well over $50,000 on medicines, procedures, IVF, vasectomy reversal, aspiration, etc. etc. It seemed like it would never happen. The disappointment of failing to conceive is hard to describe. My poor fiancée was having to deal with that *and* my constant daily attacks of CH… not fun by any measure. Well, our prayers have been answered! Our latest IVF procedure seems to have worked! We are now pregnant and everything seems to be going along perfectly. I wanted those of you who have been pulling for us to know that your vibes and prayers have finally paid off and we are expecting a baby (or babies) to be born around the end of July. Hallelujah! I will keep you updated and please continue to send good vibes this way. We are not out of the woods, but we’ve never made it this far. Thank you again for your help and support. Shawn p.s. Please God, no triplets. Twins, OK, but if you send triplets I will probably need a chair and a rope too. :o |
