Here is a link to a cheat sheet a friend sent to me today...

You no longer have to talk to an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) phone menu if you use these cheats...

Took forever to load but was worth it! I always hit the 0 once, just to try to get to a human being, but haven't tried three times. Good info. Will do next time. Thanks
