ever have a battery blow up in your face? Well thats how my day started. locomotive batteries are pretty big, at least it didn't get in my eyes...........All's well just a very bad start to a very bad day.................

hoi who said you could change your name?! I was getting all ready to be nice thinking there was a newbie around and then I realised it was only you ;;D
Nearly wasted my "nice" thoughts and Lord knows they are few and far between!

You be careful with that battery acid stuff, its nasty evil wicked goo. I'm glad you're okay as far as that goes.

Note to self......... If you are chargeing a machine with two batteries, place leads on night switch instead of battery itself, if one battery it puts out 32 volts, 65 volts is way to much...................Price of lesson? full body acid bath, and 1800 dollar battery...........

Ouch!! Glad you're okay, Matt. I had a fuel hose blow up in my face while refueling the helicopter, once. JP5 does NOT taste good! (Neither does the chem shower in the hangar!) For a couple of days after, my eyes felt like someone had thrown a handful of sand in them, and I sweat that stuff out of my pores for a week. *shudder*

Glad it didn't get into your eyes...
