Title: Weekend Post by marlinsfan on Nov 11th, 2005, 3:32pm This weekend I'm going to have plenty of "me-time". Don't get me wrong, I love my wife and I love spending time with her, but we agreed that saturday & sunday we are on our own from wake time up until lunchtime (1 pm or so). Saturday morning I'll spend putting a kickass stereo in my car. Will do the work myself, so wish me luck. I had it in my old truck, which I traded in in May and the stuff has been sitting in my garage. Sunday morning I'm playing golf with a couple of buddies. Will drink beers and smoke stogies (ahhh, life during remission!). We've got "nap" dates set for after lunch for both days.... What are you doing this weekend? |

Title: Re: Weekend Post by ExplodingEyeBall on Nov 11th, 2005, 3:39pm I'm going to be drinking a 6 pack of beer that one of my buddies is sending me. It's Guinness that is made spcifically for the African market and is about 8% alcohol. If I get a little extra energy, I might also finish the yard work that I started last weekend. |

I remember those... ;) <hears the song "Memories..." light in the corner of my mind> :-/ I'll be back at the office bright and early in the morning. (Where I am right now actually) After that I plan to take the kids down town to our favorite book store, then grocery shopping, and then to the movie place and rent movies and order in chinese for dinner and have a movie night with blankets and the air mattress on the living room floor, and all the popcorn we can stuff our faces with. Sunday is lazy day.... |

Title: Re: Weekend Post by Redd715 on Nov 11th, 2005, 8:43pm Oh and Langa, Sistah..... When there are kids in the house, and you and Gordo are hitched, it's a great way for you two to catch a little one on one afternoon delight time on the weekend, just let Crystal know you two are going to take a nap, and she can watch a movie in the family room. Whalla...a two hour relaxing time to spend together doing...whatever,..... heck you can actually nap if ya wanna... |

Title: Re: Weekend Post by ClusterChuck on Nov 11th, 2005, 9:17pm I have SUCH an exciting weekend lined up!!! Working here, in South Carolina, tonight and all morning, Saturday. Then the three hour drive home, to shit, shower, shave, and get dressed for a wedding, Saturday night. Drive an hour and a half to the wedding. Party harty (but no booze). Then drive home. Catch and hour or two of shut eye, and then drive four hours to the western part of the state to work out there, most of Sunday, and Sunday night. Then most likely grab a motel room and finish the work on Monday. Then drive home to start my work week ... Such EXCITEMENT!!! Maybe someday I will get a life, and MAYBE even get LAID!!! Chuck PS: And how could I forget my daily battles with the beast thrown in throughout the day and night! |
