I am so glad I can love but damn it hurts some times.
I have this wonderful Brother , his name is George. He is seven years older than me. He is my brother, my friend, and my hero. He is in ICU . His heart is beating to fast, he has been there since last night and they still can not get his heart beat down. He is the type of guy that never meats a stranger and would give you the shirt off his back. I saw him tonight and he is worried about how he will pay for it all. He makes a honest living and works hard but no insurance.
George has a heart of gold and his heart like mine has been through so much. Bless his heart when Daddy died he was strong for Mom and me. George never missed a week day going and checking on my Mom and Dad, doing chores for them. He is just a good man.
I just got home after taking Mom to the hospital to see George we went to a memorial the funeral home had for all the people who died and was buryed by them. We went to honor my Dad. That was hard, it was kind of like going to Dads funeral all over again.
I am so glad I could love these people but it hurts when they go on to another place, or when they are in the hospital and you worry.
If you have time Please pray for my Brother George and his wife and our family. I just want him better I love him so much.

Hopein they get yer brother back to normal fast but his heart slowe'd. My dad had that happen to him and I went with mom to take him to the hospital. It was so scarey but they never did figure out what it was !! Known several that have went thru that and only thing the docs could say was possibly a virus ??? Thinkin of your bro Pam

Thanks Guys. Cottie they are doing a eco (ok can't spell it) I talked to George's nurse today. They still doncan not get the heart rate down. They let me talk to George and he is ready to go home. I did talk him into staying.
He has never been in a hospital before. Its his first time.
They have a small farm, Horses and goats and dogs. Oh and cats. Georges wife is not use to handling all the animals. One horse is kind of crazy. He wouldn't go in the barn last night and she had to leave him out. Then their dog who is totally spoiled has seziers and she had two seziers last night. When I called her this morning she was in tears and going nuts. I ofered to sit with her dogs and have Buddy go by there in the morning and at night to help with the horse but she wants to do it all herself. I may have to hog tie her before its over with and make her let us help. I am going to go shower and have a good cry then do what ever Mom and them need.
Now ya'll know how come I never get to come here as often and read. It never ends here it seems.

Know how strong you can be, even when everything seems to come on so quick and keeps mounting.

I'm sending prayers and vibes, Elaine. Very often, a rapid heartbeat can be corrected with meds. It just depends on what's causing it to work so hard. Stay positive!!! love to you, nani

one of my best friends does the heart echo's for a liveing .......hope he is goin to be ok and get to go home. DAM.......wish I lived closer cuz I'd take over the animals for them esp that crazy horse. Actually sumtimes it is better to let them go (as in relocate) "only" cuz of the situations it puts the rest of the family IF they are put in charge and no one else can handle it. Can be very dangerous or the animal freak at anyone else. I've had alot of crazy horses.....I've got the scars, exrays and MRI's to prove it. I've had to handle sum pretty wacko animals in my time. Hope everything will be back to normal SOON. Horse crazed Pam

Boy those hugs sure do feel good.

Update. They found no problems with George's heart. All his test were fine. They got ready to send him home last night and his blood pressure shot up. So they kept him another night. They did put him in a reg. room instead of ICU. He finally was able to sleep last night and go to the bathroom. He hates those damn porter potty chairs won't use them. He said he was glad to have a bathroom. I just got off the phone with him. They are sending him home. He said they gave him about five different meds. We don't really know any more than the day he went in. I can't wait to find out what the meds are for. The bad part is he has been off work, no pay for a week now. That will hurt him. We are all going to pitch in to get his meds paid for. Thats a small price to pay to have him home and ok. I just wish I knew what causes it. I am kind of upset they can't tell us more.
