The last message I got from him (which I was lax in replying to cos been so busy) he said he was having a hard time with the depression etc etc. :-/ I'm relieved to hear that Dave has had some contact from him recently but mmm it's a worry.... Sleep deprivation has finally cauht up to me and has messed me up. For how long or how bad I don't know. The sheer exhaustion is overwhelming. I already have to go in for tests tomorrow morning, and friday was hit with somehitng still affecting me: I am losing my ability to type. I usually type fast, but now it is slowed down and I would be doomed without the backspace key. So for however long I have to deal with this, expect (EGHAD) typos in some of my posts. I hope this didn't come off as whiney. Just keeping you folks up to date as to what is happening. Prayers, Vibes & Peace, Carl D |

Post by cootie on Nov 7th, 2005, 9:28pm I've noticed when there's the long periods I can't sleep much at all that I am more draggy dureing the day and don't get much accomplished even tho I keep very busy. Seems depression also jumps in there. Then if I can get a bit more sleep a nite rather then awake every hour on the hour like usual I can focus and get big jobs done and feel like doing it and get back in the swing. And hopefully follow a nore normal sleep pattern for a litte while at least before goin back to the abnormal usual. Seems to come in fazes. Is it possible a person can NEVER EVER fall asleep to where there body strats to fail. Seems if that was the case heavier sleep meds would be prescribed and patient closely monitor'd to get them back into some sort of pattern and rested up even if just for a short time. Good habits are hard to break and so are bad ones Pam |
