i have try to get my head together, i just dont want pitty
but i lost both parents in 2001 and a sis in 1998. we got a
call the other early morning 2:30 AM the other is sis that is a
twin to the other sis we lost in 1998. i saw all this coming
but not ready. she couldnt get the heart transplant. what
a let down,everyone please know my is here and often
come and see whats going on. but so far my heart is
ok but heavy {sad}. im lucky to have had them this long.
you guys at CH.com too. as i have stated i have taken
prednisone just about every year and it seemed to have
worked but the last time i went 3 tapers and verapamil.
i wouldnt break so i went to the alterntive. with some
positive results. so i went back to work and i worked and
did im electrician and a good hard working man so as my
luck would go 18 wks ago i cracked a rib i thought but it
was an abdominal strain to i did work thru it with no pain
meds. ok the job is finished instead of going way out of
town im staying home. i am a man that clean up around
our home. my wife and only wife of almost 4 yrs, well
bam my seem to almost rip out of the socket. yea it hurts like hell. this happen 2 days ago. i just want to be strong
enough to be my babys (wife) MAN. yea i have cried a
river of tears. i have went to the docs , and my cycle is right around corner. i have had a few hard hits but didnt
reach for the trex since i have detox and used the alter
but one of my docs wants me to take zyprexa, lexapro
and remeron. i just want make sure about taking meds
im careful. this doc was psyoclogist. so as of now i am
looking to do the right thing. my pride as working man
if i could to meet some of you good folks you would see
im a good hearted person and love you good people.
but i tell you this abdominal and hip thing is scary. this
among a few others but im tuff i just i keep digging
so im sorry i have wrote down anything down. but my
arthritis in my left hand, arm shoulder has also had messed
up and aches for hours at a time. but i am blessed man
im just trying hard to keep a doc from making it worse.
its hard for me to open up in a place like here. and i
would like some input. im not laying feeling sorry for
myself. i talk better than i type thank you

Eddie ! Good to see you posting again. Sorry your cycle is just around the corner. Hopefully it will be a short one.

hi everbody! this is pam, eddie's wife
if any of you can tell us your prblems with the drugs
that eddie mentioned, if you could give us any info
we would appreciate it. we looked at the PDR and
the side effects seem worse than the depression.
please tell us any info, if you can.

Well...I only took Zyprexa a couple of times. I felt no effects from it. I took Remeron for several months and didn't feel any different either. Neither one of them helped with the CH (for me)

I think every med lists a hundred side effects. That doesn't mean you'll have them. I would think that Zyprexa and Remeron have little or no side effects. I can't comment on Lexapro cause I've never taken it.

Sorry to hear that the beast is on its way. I hope that the visit is a very, very short one.
I can't unfourtunately help you with the meds, because I haven't tried them. I do hope that you'll find meds which work for you. :)

I've never tried those meds, but maybe it's worth a try.

Eddie,

I use Zyprexa as an abortive.
I find it to be as effective as imitrex and super quick, without the nasty trex feelings.

It doesn't work all the time but neither does, trex, O2 or any of the other tricks I have at my disposal.

It's good to be proud but do not let pride effect your health (if you follow that advice, I will try to as well)

thanks for all the input
but im always here just not sure what to say.
but the other day when my good hip felt like it was
poping out of the socket. the sound was a thud
you dont want to hear. i just want the docs to
hear me and listen. the bones are not as good
as they used to be. i did get upset with them
thats why i told my wife get thier ass. i know
what pred tapers and not eating right will do.
the head has been better very few hits. my hands
and some other joints are throbbing and i have
been smart enough not to ask for pain meds.
one doc seems to agree with me. i move the body.
i have a good head on me. i dont need these 3
anti deppressant to screw me up. i am very open
minded but careful. effexor almost killed me MAOI
are very tricky. i have hobbys and i love my wife
and very thankful for everyone that has help me.
but as we all know there is good and bad docs.
my hands are tender from outside to the bone
and hard to type things out. i will be back since
i have alot of time but i do need move myself
around a little cause it feels better. i have special
