Rex,
Is it a hardware or software problem? If it is software, could they use a knoppix disc to keep them online? I have some extra hardware but it is for older computers. Let us know if we can help.

Hey all- posting from work just to let you all know I can pick up mail/messages from here.
It has been a rough weekend- thank you to Rex and Heather for their support. You just never know where you are going to find your angels.

Can get on the boards on an old Win95 computer here at home using a free AOL trial disk, but crash often.
Good computer is in the shop, hope to get it back soon, too many docs and other important stuff on there to lose. :P

Other 'puter probably crashed on purpose, I think it knew I was about to vent like never before :o
It would have been a long post and just releasing so much frustration.
Wednesday, Rex is taking me over to a Pain Management Clinic ... and they better be good ... I'm at that end of the rope time, so we'll see what happens.
